Strategic Planning 2025–2032
The PPGBio strategic plan outlines medium- and long-term actions, structured around four key pillars:
1. Administration
Objective: Modernize management and expand infrastructure.
Goals:

Implement digital systems for academic and administrative processes.

Improve the program’s physical and technological facilities.

Establish permanent internal communication channels (newsletters, forms, integrated calendar).
2. Institutional Well-being
Objective: Promote motivation, well-being, and a positive organizational climate.
Goals:

Expand social support initiatives.

Offer workshops focused on listening, support, and conflict prevention.

Create safe spaces for student feedback and community-building within the academic environment.
3. Academic Output
Objective: Further enhance scientific production and student training.
Goals:

Restructure courses to allow greater integration and flexibility across research lines.

Encourage student mobility for events, internships, and training opportunities outside UFRPE, especially at international institutions.

Strengthen interdisciplinarity in thesis committees, research projects, and research groups.
4. Social Impact and Internationalization
Objective: Expand PPGBio’s presence in society and on the international stage.
